The best way to install all the extensions is to install them one at a time and check to make sure they're installed correctly, so that the problem is easier to determine if there are any. Your Configuration folder may have been corrupted. What you can do is to shut down both Extension Manager and Dreamweaver and go to the directory that the WinFileCache was located (the Configuration directory) and rename this directory to Configuration_back. Open up the extension manager again and you will notice that the extensions are all disabled.

Follow these steps for each of the extensions you have installed:
Click to remove the currently disabled extension.
Download and install the extension again.
Open up Dreamweaver and check to make sure there are no issues.
Go on to the next extension if there are no issues.

You can use the activation codes again without any issues. The activations are based on your MAC Address, so if your MAC address does not change you should not have an issue with using the activation code again. If you get an error message saying you have exceeded the number of activations, you can reset these by logging into your account on www.webassist.com and going to the download section. There will be a button to reset activations at the top of the page.
