Thanks Eric. Editing the HTML won't be a problem. Editing the cart server code might be more of a challenge.

Well, OK, I will take a crack at this and see where I get. Starting by getting it working with a single form seems to make sense so I'll work on that. I expect I'll be back after I start digging into the cart server code.
