I really can't, but I don't know that you need to worry about it. This was all done on my local test server. I have customized iRite and now HTMLEditor adding plugins to the source code for my implementation.

I finished testing, removed the iRite extension from my primary user and installed HTMLEditor. It recognized the iRite instance on the same page the other profile failed to recognize.

All I can tell you is that the user where the instance was not recognized had not had iRite installed previously.
