For those running IIS on Windows Server 2000 (IIS 5.0)
I have always used .ASP, but due to this new version of DFP and only supporting .PHP, I found myself having to research and install PHP on my local development server
The installation on Windows can be involved and confusion depending on which version of IIS is being used
Initially I just had downloaded the PHP zip file, and configured IIS to support the PHP ASAPI, but this very limited, and I was fortunate enough to find a tutorial explaining how to enable the php.ini referred above by Jason
