If you specify your folder as "/userfiles/" then it will go to userfiles.

The forward slash BEFORE your folder name makes the path relative to ROOT - not the page. If you want to make the path relative to the page... meaning your page is in the same folder as your "userfiles" folder - which you specified as admin, you need to either make the path relative to the page like this "userfiles/" with no forward slash or create a root relative path like this "/admin/userfiles/". Also, be sure to set your permissions.
