I have recreated the problem using your page.

To work around the problem,

change line 54:

MailBody = MailBody & "<multipartbreak><html><head></head><body>" & vbCrlf & ""

and line 72:

MailBody = MailBody & "</body></html>"

to:
54:

MailBody = MailBody & "" & vbCrlf & ""

72:

MailBody = MailBody & ""

add the map, then change them back.

I have started a support ticket so we can look into a more permanent fix, but this workaround should get you on track.
