wa/siteassistpro/error/ppc no page open error

I have installed the Site Assist Professional extension to my Dreamweaver CS4 running Mac OS X. I also deleted the .dat file that is usually the fix for most of these problems and restarted Dreamweaver CS4.

I went to Insert/WebAssist/SiteAssist Professional/Build Site and automatically get the following error:

wa/siteassistpro/error/ppc no page open
Then the extension quits. Also, if I try to load the Preset Manager from the Insert toolbar, the window pops up, but none of the graphics load, nor will the program work. The only way to get out of the unresponsive window is to hit the esc button.

Please help. I love the extensions (they work on my pc) but I am trying to work these on my macbook and need them to work asap.

Thanks.
