Since the order summary information is not showing that tells me that there is a problem with one of the values that are being used here. The first thing that should show on this page is the subtotal for the cart. If you are not seeing that then there may be a problem with this value of some sort.

As a test create a new test page and apply the eCart display manager to the page. Make sure you configure it to show the summary at the end. Add an item to the cart then browse to this test page, you should see all of the values after the summary, if not then there is an issue with some of these values. If this is the case you should try disabling charge, discount, shipping, and tax rules temporarily to see if you can get the cart looking ok then. Please post back and let us know the result.
