Universal not always sending emails
I'm using Universal Email with eCart to email the order summary or confirmation. For the second time the email was never sent for an order we received on the website.
It almost seems like when we receive more than 1 order a day (or in a short period of time), the 2nd order fails to be emailed.
Any issues with and/or what should I look into?
I know it works because we receive 95% of the emails. Is it a cross-browser issue, a server issue?
