Add to Cart Behavior Bindings Problems

Following the directions in the Add to Cart Bindings Tab to connect cart columns to the database columns, causes the dialog box to bind the database items to the wrong cart columns.

The directions say: Select Name and choose the Default value lightning bolt to open the Dynamic Data dialog box. Expand the Recordset (rsItems) entry and select ItemName; click OK. When you return to the Bindings tab, click any other column to confirm your option.

However, when I return back to the Bindings Tab, the Default value that I select for the Name gets assigned to the ID column, NOT the Name Column. Likewise, when I try to assign values to the other columns, it assigns them to either the ID column or the one above the item I was working on.

I can't seem to bind anything correctly. HELP??
