BR and STRONG tags showing in data pulled from database instead of Line Breaks and Bold Text

I am struggling getting the text added to the database via HTMLEditor to display the line breaks and bold text in the page where I display the information pulled from the database. I am sure I am overlooking something, but I can't figure it out. It displays the HTML tags instead of actually making the text bold or creating a page break. The issue is with the HTML Editor with the id of additional_info.
