library.php in the WA_CMS directory causing 503 service not available errors

It's entirely possible. I tested the connection in Transmit and it connected. Client was very distressed so I removed the CMS and pulled the copy out of the database and did php include files to get it up and running. I commented out the CMS lines instead of removing them so going backwards is an easy search/replace function. The original uncommented files are in the _moved directory in the root. Of course the relative paths will have to be changed to go back 1 directory to work. This takes the pressure off finding the cause and correcting it. The client LOVES the CMS and everything associated with WebAssist. I have been revamping the sql to sqli but have a set of pages that don't render correctly after sqli change. I'll debug those soon. I know you're dealing with health issues from your email and planned to help with a donation. I can do that after I get paid from this job. I still have to upgrade all this to support php7 as godaddy is dropping support for 5 soon. If you point me in the right direction I can get moving on that. Will this help correct the library.php file problem do you think??? Let me know. Sorry for the long message.
