If you view source on the page it will show the error. It was just displaying in a div that wasn't visible.

I found that you had an include on the page that included another page contactform.php and that page has an older version of webassist email applied that was in conflict with the new email code added to the main page.

I updated the email in the include file and the page is displaying properly again.
