Lol.. you are the first person to read the instructions I guess. It looks like we used the delete record server behavior as a starting point for that UI and never updated the text.
The text should read something like:
"Choose the event to trigger the file upload (usually a form submit or button press that causes a form submit). Then select the file upload field you are using and weather to allow images only or other types of files."
I'll get it updated in the next release.
