Universal email not sending messages (but after initial received error messages declared by php.ini had been received)

Hello,

I tried to add Universal Email to a pre-created contact form on a web page I am hosting.
Since I had "<?php ini_set("display_errors",1); ?>" enabled, I was able to correct that first error.

Once that had been corrected, I again hit send, and no messages were properly sent ... ... ... but I did receive an email telling me there was an error, which I again corrected.
(That error was: "Warning: chdir(): No such file or directory (errno 2) in /var/www/vhosts/..... .... .com/httpdocs/webassist/email/WA_Email.php on line 314
Email body file not found: /var/www/vhosts/... ... ... /httpdocs/presenters/Block_4.php".

I then placed the appropriate file in place.
Now there is no message; and since there are presumably no errors, I am also not receiving an error message.

/* Hypothesis: that I somehow need to tell the email functionality that I have to connect to a third-party server that requires its own username, password, login details, port number and etc.; none of which I have been given the opportunity to enter anywhere (I can only assume that webassist somehow "knows" this information from other data stored somewhere on one of my other sites, which is how the original error messages came? */

I will put the URLs you need, along with login details in the private area.
Thank you,
KAB
