Does your hosting admin have an option:
“Pause Cloudflare on Site”
It looks like Cloudflare is interfering with curl. This is something that your hosting provider might be able to help with.
When I request webassist's site with curl it returns:

I did some google searches on that message an dpage and it appears to be related to cloudflare, but I'm not 100% sure. One way or another it is using some sort of intermediate to verify the site and that is causing it to fail.
