Not pulling up credit card block due to recordset script, but why?

I've edited the checkout.php and confirm.php, basically to have anyone who's not logged in, grab the info from a table that matches our quote price emailed to the client. My boss doesn't want them to have to log in, so I just wrote script to create a session from the email that pertains to the quote.

However, on the confirm.php page, the CC block comes up blank (so that client can't put in CC info), because of specific lines 30 to33 (recordset inserted (which I need). When I take that line off, then the CC block comes up. Everything else seems to work fine.

Can you tell me if you have time to do a session? or, if you can figure it out without it, let me know the cost for the time. Thank you.
