Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_magic_quotes_gpc()

When we try to submit a form that uses the validation behaviour, it fails and we get this error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function get_magic_quotes_gpc() in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\thevaultartscentre\webassist\form_validations\wavt_scripts_php.php:38 Stack trace: #0 C:\inetpub\wwwroot\thevaultartscentre\webassist\form_validations\wavt_scripts_php.php(58): SaveFormToSession() #1 C:\inetpub\wwwroot\thevaultartscentre\njadmin\add_news.php(50): PostResult() #2 {main} thrown in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\thevaultartscentre\webassist\form_validations\wavt_scripts_php.php on line 38

I seem to remember this being to do with function get_magic_quotes_gpc() being deprecated, but was sure this had been updated in subsequent releases of the extension. We're using Version 2.3.5 of DataBridge.

Hope you can help as this is preventing us testing locally. For some reason, this works on the live server.
