I have a custom website with access code. How to sell access codes now?

Hello all,
one of my friends created a website using Data Bridge 2 that is accessible only after getting a code (the codes are already generated and they are in a specific table in my database).
This is the website: https://www.landgame.eu/gressoney/
This is basically a treasure hunt, in Italy > Gressoney.

Actually, the customer prints the codes and sell them manually to hotels and visitors.
But now the customer would like to sell them online.
What I need to add this feature to this website?
Is there an extension to get payment for this using paypal or credit card?
