Users getting a 404 page when trying to login

That's the problem, I can't reproduce it. It works fine for me and also for our client, but random other users say it doesn't work. It does appear to be a cookie or cache problem because I've now heard that this particular user cleared their cookies and cache and it then worked for them. I've put the details in the PM section if you want to take a look and see if it works for you.
