My file manager is not working and upon investigation my kcfinder/filebrowse.js has errors

It must have been the caching issue. Now I have another issue, the files are being uploaded to user-files and I want to ad the id of the logged in user to the file so it will be user-files/1 or whatever the user id is. Also when I browse I would expect to see only files from the directory 1 (user-files/1).

I did a find by user-files on my update page and I cannot seem to find where that is handled. I also opened up the server behaviors and I do not see it there.
