I need help resolving my connection

Thank you, I adjusted the url path and must still have another issue remaining.

I adjusted the url in the FTP setting and also tried additional various settings on the FTP connection including...
I tried both http and https – both work for FTP neither resolve the DB connection issue
Tried FTP vs SFTP and could not connect at all
Tried port 21 could not connect at all.
Tried both server versions that are available to select, Options are 5.6 and 7.1 I tried both. Both work for FTP, neither resolve DB issue
My attached doc included screenshots, attempts on page 2, and page 1 is my FTP and DB connection info.
