There are a few design presets that ship with Powerstore... from there you can edit the template and css files manually to create your own design.
You get the discounted price because you have purchased SuperSuite in the past. That will be your price even after the upgrade.
I'll try to make the MySQLi update as seamless as possible, but there likely will be some steps for people that have custom designs that will need to be redone after the upgrade.
Bulk upload is not included, so that would have to be added manually.
