multiple dynamic dropdowns

Is it possible to create a dynamic dropdown with 3 selects. I have it set up and working at the minute with a parent and child dropdown - but can I the add another select that uses information from the child dropdown to populate it? If so can you point me in the right direction. Do I insert a new plugin into the other plugin page?
