Captcha validation: progress bar hangs when captcha fails

Hello all,
I applied a captcha to a bootstrap 3 form.
I added the WA progress bar server behaviour.
It all works, locally.
But when I publish it on the production server there is a problem: if the captcha is not correct, the progress bar shows forever.
Please note that if the captcha is correct the page works normally and submits correctly.

You can see the live page here: https://www.landgame.eu/il-mistero-delle-12-perle/puntata-1/parte-3.php
The form will open when you click the " UN TUO COMMENTO?" button.

I've recreated the page multiple times but the result is the same: it works locally but not online.
The page is pretty simple but I cannot spot the problem.

As a side note: the original page was using bootstrap validator but I disabled it because it doesn't work well with WA Progress bar.

I add here the php page along with the WA folder, in case someone can help me.
TIA
tony
