Database Recording of Form Fields

Hello:
I am trying to record form data in the database and am getting errors in PowerStore 2.0. I successfully added a DB column to the Users table using myPHPadmin. I am using CS4 and Super Suite eCart 4.5.0. I have opened confirm.php and in the Server Behaviors panel I double clicked the "eCart Store Summary in Database (users, userID)". In the Columns panel of the opened server behavior I selected my new DB column and then in the Values box I clicked the lightening bolt and seleted Customer "firstname" from WA Validated Entries (confirm.php). I did not add a redirect at the bottom. Saved and uploaded.

The data does not get entered into the DB and confirm.php fails and gives the following error:

"Warning: require_once(/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Database_PHP.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/myusername/public_html/confirm.php on line 21

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/WA_eCart/WA_eCart_Database_PHP.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/myusername/public_html/confirm.php on line 21"

Can someone please advise as to error of my process?
