Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported...

I removed, re-downloaded and re-installed the DataBridge v2.35 and MySQLi extensions but I am STILL getting this error. I am running Windows 10 as a Parallels VM which works perfectly and surprisingly fast on my Macbook Pro 2019 laptop (Catalina macOS v110.15.7).

I REALLY need to get this working ASAP! Please help.
