The FTP information provided doesn't seem to work for me. It looks like the issue is that your server isn't saving session variables properly.

Try this:
Create one page called session_save.php with code:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
$_SESSION["test"] = "working";
?>

Then create a page called session_show.php with code:

php:
<?php

@session_start();
var_dump($_SESSION["test"]);
?>

Browse to the first page, then browse to the second page. If you don't see the "working" message, then session variables aren't saving properly.

If that is the case it is usually the session_save_path in your php.ini file being set incorrectly or the permissions on that folder being set incorrectly. You may have to contact your hosting provider to get that fixed. You could give them those two files as proof to help them test and correct the issue.

If that isn't the problem, then I'd probably need FTP access to debug your page and determine what exactly is happening.
