Need some guidance on file uploads and project direction

Hey Ray, is there a specific tutorial that shows how to do file uploads that would take the contact_id from the current contact which is displayed using the "contacts" table and when I upload a file for that contact, I want to store the file on the server and update the "uploads" table with the contact_id and the file name. If there is no tutorial, I can get myself to that point and then I will follow up this post with a more specific question regarding updating the recordset. If you know of a tutorial please supply the link or hang with me and I will reach out when I get to that point.
