Function using if isseet Post not getting or triggering function

Thanks so much. It definitely goes in with that code. However, when the Search finds lots of results, and I add my 'Add to Autoquote' button, it inserts lots of Optionals instead of only the ones that belong to that quote (which is the intent). I don't know where my logic is flawed. Attached is the new file. (You'll see I added the code 2x for different posts).

you can do a search in this quote (below on private)

Press the 'Search All Products with Keywords' link. Search on empty and it yields all results. When you select any it will now insert Optionals repeatedly for any. And Some of those, like the first ones on the list are not even part of the $_POST.

Not sue what is flawed with my logic.
