You could hand code a curl() call to execute code on another domain. It would require some hand coding, but wouldn't be too difficult. This is something I could help with in a premier support ticket if you aren't comfortable writing php code. 
One thing I wondered about is mySQL triggers, isn't there a way to notify a domain (or subdomain) that a record has been created on a db that domain (or subdomain) has access to?
