Why won't it calculate shipping

If you think it'll take you 1/2 hr, can you fix it? I did what you said. Below is some of what I got. I see Length Width Height Weight say 'NULL' but so does it when I test from our Shopping Cart which does calculate the shipping. So I don't understand it and I'll be here till midnight because I have meeting tomorrow AM and am trying to do other pages.

I am uploading files that changed again in case you need to look at.
