novel page update condition

Im looking to amend my update page to allow for a condition to be met, based on a couple of form input selections.

On page update, If a radio button group value is set to '3', I need the value in a select field to be set to '0', overwriting whatever is selcted in the drop down.

In short;

form1 includes the following inputs:

Dropdown1 populates with 20 options and respective numerical values.
Three radio group options exist, with values; 1, 2 & 3 repsectiveliy.

If radio3 is selected (value = 3) , the value written to the dropdown1 field on page update must be zero, regardless of what option maybe selected in Dropdown1 by user.

however,

If radio2 or radio3 are selected, the value selected in Dropdown1 must be saved as normal.

Is this logic doable with the current WA toolset?
