being added when it 'shouldnt'

Hi Ray

On this page https://clients.motley.site/college/staff/anthony-hand under the accordion 'qualifications & memberships' in the left hand column for some reason it seems be adding a
after the ' of (1989), Lincoln's Inn under the qualification column.

The
, in general is being added to replace a semi-colon set in the back end and am echoing the content using

<?php echo str_replace(array(";"),"
",($PageContents->getColumnVal("StaffQualifications"))); ?>

What do I need to do to stop the
from being added after a ' ?

Cheers
