PEAR third party server authenticating with PowerMessenger

hello,

I have seen this old forum question:

http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=38169

and I already have the "PEAR_Mail_using_SMTP_php.php
file in question.

But since I have installed powermessenger, there are in fact two separate webassist directories, each with an email subdirectory

Please confirm that the one I want to mess around with is ONLY the one that is a subdirectory under the powermessenger webmail

And I of course intend to make backup copies, but please also confirm that the instructions given in that old forum thread are accurate because, for example, there are not 6 files in the direcrory but rather 8, and I want to be certain I do the right thing to the right files, so I can send out emails.

Thank you very much, and sorry for the many troubles I seem to be creating at this time.

Thank you for your kindness, time, and produucts
