Internal Server Errors: Constant Creation of from Contact Form

Hello,

Repeatable and recreatable Server 500 errors

I load a simple contact form to test it.

Every time I refresh with Ctrl-F5 it of course reposts all data, and resends another email.

In order to prevent this, I hit the "cancel" button on the browser when it offers to repost all data to say "No, please don't do that".

This then triggers an Internal Server Error. There seems no way round this, not even by clearing the browser cache.

Only consisten way I have found to get rid of the error is to restart my computer; reload Dreamweaver; and reload my last working template.
As soon as this connects via FTP, I can hear an email message coming in.
I rewrite the original file with the template, and whatever seems to have been in queue from previously efforts get sent via email.

Eventually, I have the original file working.

This happens, or something close to it, every time.

(There seem to be a couple of other issues with accessing information from fields, but they may well be related to this, therefore I do not mention them at this time)

Another day another fresh start.

I rebooted everything, cleared all caches, and totally rebuilt the entire page.

Everything now seems to be working OK, and I am doing as much testing as I can.
