It looks like you purchased MySQLi Server Behaviors, but that doesn't include the file upload functionality of DataBridge. I've updated your account so you will get $150 off the upgrade if you choose to do it (a discount equal to what you paid for MySQLi Server Behaviors so you didn't waste your money on the recent purchase). That would give you access to the file upload server behaviors that would allow you to set the upload folder and file name of uploaded files before inserting them into the database.

The other option is to hand code the renaming and saving of the files. You could use any php script example and integrate it into your page like: https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_file_upload.asp

Additionally we could help with writing custom code and show you how to do this in a screen sharing session using a premier support ticket for $99. You wouldn't need to own DataBridge, but we would use it to update your page and work with your files directly to get it working.
