Multiple files upload

Hello Team,

Hope you are doing fine. I am currently working on a form where the user need to upload a photo and pdf files. The names of the upload folders are "photo" for photos and "pdffiles" for pdf files. For each type of file, I would like it to be renamed with the date and time added at the end of the file and saved into the table and into corresponding folder. Please find attached the php file.
