How to show the PayPal "Continue" button by default?

On our checkout page, the client has asked us to completely remove the option to pay by card. So, we've tinkered about with it a bit - we changed the Billing Address li tag to:

<li style="position:absolute; visibility:hidden;">

...and now only the PayPal option appears (see attached image).

However, this still requires the user to click the PayPal option. How do we change this so that the radio button is already selected and the "Confirm" button is displayed by default?

We tried adding "checked" to the radio button...

<input type="radio" id="payment-option-paypal" class="payment-options" name="payment-type" value="paypal" onclick="wa_paymentChanged()" tabindex="0" checked>

...but the "Continue" needs an onclick to happen before it's displayed.

Thank you.
