Unable to use eCart In Dreamweaver CS4 Mac Version

I've downloaded the eCart extension for a Mac Dreamweaver CS4, then I brought up the adobe extension manager and install the eCart extensions. When I opened Dreamweaver and click on eCart to start a new shopping cart, I get the following error and eCart Activation window comes up but it's graded out not allowing me to enter serial number.

While executing onLoad in WA eCart Ser.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occrred:

At line 214 of file "disk:Applications:Adobe Dreamweaver CS4:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:eCart:Library:Shared_Ser_Mactivation.js": document.formLayer.document has no properties

What do I do? Has anybody founded answer to this error.

By the way, I've already deleted MacFileCache-EEEE2300.dat, and I've already renamed the configuration folders to ( configuration_back) so that dreamweaver could crated the folder again. and I've erased the extensions and installed them again.
