I see the error.... my only guess is thay you have a mod_security rule preventing Dreamweaver from doing a POST to a web page on your server. This prevents Dreamweaver from connecting to the database.

I think your only solution is going to be to talk to your hosting provider to get around the security rule, or set up a testing server on your local computer with a copy of the database and use that for development.
