Try reinstalling the latest version of the extension. This looks like it could be an issue that has been addressed. If you still have problems, I'll probably need FTP access so I can set up a connection and test from Dreamweaver and see the issue. Maybe you could export your site definition and send it to me. That way I can make sure there are no site settings that are wrong and debug it from my end.
