Getting 'This record has been removed' on Detail page

Jonas

Can u take a look at this page (attached)?
I receive the same error message on this insert page when I register a new record. But the problem is probably bigger than that, I suspect. Because it writes nothing to the database. I have tried to do the same page several times with the help of DA. But it will be the same.
Thanks in advance!

Supplement: However, it saves the selected image, so "upload files" work.

I can't understand what the problem is. Now I have created this page ten times the least, and get the same error. I have compared to other insert files that I created with DA and that work - but find nothing strange. Can there be anything in my database? I attach a screenshot to this as well.

And the update page writes without a problem.
