Upload Local Database Project to Live Web Server Environment

All you have to do is:
1) FTP up all of your files
2) export and import your database to the live server
3) update your connection file with the new database credentials

You can use the multiple connections interface to set up the live server as your remote server and use your local server for testing still. You just enter the domain in the additional connections dialog and the credentials to use for that domain.
