JQuery Question

Was wondering if someone could help me with the following. I am using the below code to copy the value of a select (bandName) to a form field (keywords) and it works fine. However I was hoping to also append the data from a different select (vID) to end but it over writes whats there. Is there as way to append as opposed to over writing?
