File manager doesn't work on HTML editor

Hello Ray,
I've set a new website and I created the admin page to manage the website news.
There is a HTML field and I enabled the file upload features.
But I receive a webserver error (see attachment).
What Can I do to make it work?
I attach the ftp data in case you can help me, Ray.
