Since the solution pack is designed to work with the database you will still need the users info stored in the db. You could either use the registration page as it is now and just fill it in yourself, or you could create a new insert page to add the users.
Security Assist has a random password binding that you could use to create the passwords for your users. You would need to add the random password binding to the page, then store it in a session variable. You would then just bind the password column with this random password session variable that you have created.
You will also need to ensure that you set the UserEmailVerified column to 1 when you add in the new user so that there is no verification process.
Once you have added in the user you can send them their login info and they will have access to the restricted pages. If you have not already checked out the resources for Security Assist you should go to the support page and have a look. There is a bunch of helpful info and guides on the support page.
