Ray ... can you suggest a work flow for me to implement wholesale order submission?

Happy New Year - haven't been in the forums for a bit, will be purchasing the Data Bridge update soon! Today, I am working on fitting the website for wholesale shopping ... as for now, we charge a flat rate for customer shipping, with FREE shipping on orders over a certain threshold (all this works fine - you've helped me tweak the setup a few times in the past). However, at this time, shipping for wholesale orders will need to be calculated manually ... can you suggest a work flow for allowing the wholesaler to submit the order directly, bypassing the Paypal checkout, allowing me to invoice them later? I imagine it is a fairly simple fix, I just haven't been in the mindset for awhile and hope you can help me from spinning my wheels too much :)
