HTML editor does NOT display in any browser

While I can add the editor just fine in DWCS6 and work with it to configure, it suddenly no longer displays in any browser. All the earlier HTMLEditors that I've setup do display so this is is something happening to just my latest development. Any ideas what to look for that would prevent the editor from displaying in my browser?

I'm attaching the webpage... please let me know ASAP what you find - hopefully I'm just doing something stupid and nothing is amiss with my copy of DB v 2.3. The site is due for publication soon.
