MySQLi recordset not accessible to any other third-party extensions

Most of the third-party extensions i use were to supplement functionalities that are missing from the databridge. For example, importing and exporting to/from various formats like pdf, csv etc as well as bunch of other extensions that relies on recordsets. DWzone for e.g. has a MySQL to MySQLi converter that converts codes generated by dreamweaver's native recordset to MySQLi's version while maintaining the structure but doesn't work on databridge's. Any workaround and perhaps an extension that will enable me access recordsets from those extension will save me the nightmare. Thanks.
